Theater Girl!!!

Dear World,
I'm a total theater girl! I have now auditioned 11 times, counting chorus auditions, not counting callbacks. Well, I am in Gypsy at Dominican University (it is mostly an adult production, so most of the kids have NO lines and are on for 2 minutes in the very first scene). It takes up a lot of my time and is sorta pointless, but it is the first proffessional show I've done so I guess it's worth it. The 1st show is tonight, but I am sooo not nervous because seriously there is nothing for me to mess up. I just catch the rings when Lauren, who juggles them, drops them. We are in Uncle Jocko's Kiddie Show and have no solos what so ever.
On Wednesday I auditioned for the 6th grade play, Dear Edwina, directed by Tina Reynolds! THE Tina Reynolds! I sang Lean on Me, which went good and so did the monologue, but the dancing was the DEATH of me!!! GREAT NEWS: I got a callback!!! OMG! The callbacks were yesterday, and they divided us into 3 groups: Boys, girls singing songs, and girls reading lines. I was hoping to get to do both songs and lines, but NO. They only put me in singing the whole entire time! Acting is my MAIN TALENT and I need to show that off!!! Plus, on top of that, all the songs they had me sing where completely soprano and waaay out of my range! I had to sing a high E multiple times! Then, the songs they didn't have me sing, I could have totally rocked!
At this point, I'm lucky if I get in the ensemble. All I wanted was a chance at 6th grade stardom, to make people notice me and realize I'm not some joke just cause I've never done BRAVO before. At least an actual role!!! Everyone knows who the main roles will be. People who have done BRAVO before, who know the older BRAVO kids, and who Ms. Reynolds AH-DORES. AKA, Georgia, Natalie, Lucia, and all the rest of those type of people. Fun, fun, fun. ):
The cast list goes out sometime today (we have school off! Veterans day!) and I just want to be in the show.
-Peace, Luv, and Panda Bears ):
